CNC processes can be crucial environments and many times require an enclosure to isolate processing within facilities against debris generated by the machine. In many cases rejection rates can be reduced and sometimes may be completely eliminated. A pre-fabricated modular CNC enclosure is the perfect solution. We can even build the enclosure around the existing machinery with minimal disruption. Storing WIP (work in progress) materials inside the same CNC enclosure ensures materials can be located easily and will remain secure while not in operation.
CNC Enclosures Designed for Your Application
Our 4” insulated wall system not only provides a thermal barrier for temperature control but also acts as a buffer for sound deadening from other production areas within the facility. The standard vinyl wall finish we provide is non-shedding and easy to clean while providing a Class “A” fire rating. CNC enclosures can be designed with removable wall sections to allow for large equipment access, roll up doors, conveyor penetrations and other additions to allow ease of product flow. If a specific air change rate is required to create a “dust free” environment please be sure to check out our machine enclosures and CMM rooms sections for additional details on how that may be beneficial to your application. See our options section as to how we can finish out the enclosure by providing an epoxy finished floor or add a guard rail if high forklift traffic is present.
We can include a centralized HVAC system to ensure temperatures are maintained for the CNC machine and operator(s) inside. For applications that require higher ceilings we offer tall walls to accommodate large machines.
Our UL Classified raceways can be provided every 4′ which not only provides a structural element to the system but also offers a service cavity for:
- Compressed Air
- Integrated Centralized Vacuum Systems
